博世经理人培养计划(CNTP)-Sales and Marketing
Job description:
- Marketing pricing of product;
- Creation of new product ideas and product development;
- Working with Country Management to ensure successful product launches and accurate forecasting;
- Supporting sales and marketing activities with product knowledge information to assist with sales of product.
Requirements:
- Majoring in business administration, marketing, or engineering preferred;
- Working experience in international company or overseas preferred.

博世经理人培养计划(CNTP)-Quality Management　
Job description:
- Monitoring supplier's output quality;
- Conduct inspection plans for shipment release;
- Inspection of shipments and shipment release;
- Follow up corrective actions;
- Report of monthly quality status;
- Document and keep control based on supplier quality file.
Requirements:
- Above one years experience of supply management;
- Good sense for Quality control.

博世经理人培养计划(CNTP)-Engineering
Job description:
- Represent development issues in the start up team of new projects;
- Support to establish and coordinate test booklet for new products;
- Coordinate, run and control endurance and other tests during the design phase;
- Support to establish test equipment for new products.
Requirements:
- Pro/E and Auto CAD knowledge.

Job description:
- Responsible for purchasing project management;
- Internal process improvement.
Requirements:
- Must have oversea education or working experience background;
- Familiar with project management;
- Commercial education master degree.

博世经理人培养计划(CNTP)-Manufacturing
Job description:
- Set up as well as maintain production lines according to the requirement of BPS;
- Establish, maintain and update production line documentation;
- Train foreman and operator in technical areas;
- Co-ordinate and co-operate with related functions in dealing with production issues.
Requirements:
- Master degree in Mechanical Engineering;
- Auto CAD skill.

博世经理人培养计划(CNTP)-Logistics
Job description:
- optimize production output and sequence to reach “ on time delivery” to customer;
- Make shipping plan based on order fulfillment status, update product basic logistic data;
- Manage overall material planning tasks, mat’l procurement to cover demand.
Requirements:
- Logistics and/or International trading preferred;
- Foreign trading experience with overseas customer is a plus.

流程说明：
第一阶段：在职培训（6个月）
第二阶段：在职培训：跨业务部门或跨地区（6个月）
第三阶段：海外培训（6个月）
第四阶段：可选阶段：前期任一阶段的延续（6个月）

- 商务类或技术类硕士及以上学历。
- 英语口语流利，书面表达能力强。掌握其他语言者（德语为佳）会优先考虑。
- 拥有3至6年的工作经验。
- 拥有海外留学或在国际化环境中实习或工作的经历。
- 出色的沟通技能及具备领导潜质。
- 思想开通，责任心强，并具有团队合作精神。
- 在工作地点上具有灵活性（国内及海外）。
