Hoyer Motors is strengthening the quality setup, and we are looking for a Quality Assistant, to help to continue the development of our quality concept.
You will be a part of the quality team with other employees from both China and Denmark. You will be stationed in Ningbo. It is an inspiring position full of challenges and development opportunities.

Work tasks and responsibility:
- Ensure deviation reporting in RMA system data precise and well managing.
- Collection, development and maintenance of data material, statistics for supplier’s quality KPI.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of quality manual.
- Contribute to the set-up, development and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.
- Through the management system support the continuous improvement of Hoyer requirements, procedures and instructions.
- Support to quality team of OEM supplier’s quality improvement.
- Support the Quality Manager / Team Leader to ensure that Hoyer's quality goals and policies, meet the company's requirements - requirements appearing from the Hoyer strategy, vision, mission and external parties.

It will be an advantage if you are familiar with quality work and the ISO9001 and 14001 standards and mechanical manufacturing and have experience from a similar position. You have a good technical knowledge and a logical approach to your tasks. Furthermore, you have experience/knowledge with the quality and problem-solving tools such as 8D approach, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, etc. Knowledge of electric motor manufacturing will be a plus.

You will have good English communication skills. You approach your tasks with high energy and you are proactive in seeking out information. You are structured in your work, in control of things and take pride in being updated on new trends in the quality of work focused on the customer, the market and the industry. Finally you contribute to a good atmosphere with a positive and open behavior.

Skills and experience:
- Good oral and written English communication skills.
- Bachelor degree or above – quality or mechanical education background is preferred.
- Previous experience with quality is required.
- Familiar with software tool e.g. excel, word, management system.
- Structured and organized – the ability to structure and organize own areas of responsibility and work functions.
- Previous experience with electric motor manufacturing is preferred.
- Based in Ningbo, Zhejiang.
