Responsibilities/岗位职责
1. Development of new industries and customers in North China area, ensure to achieve assigned sales target.
华北区域新行业及新客户的开发, 确保实现上级所下达的销售目标;
2. Work together with engineering team for promotion of new products.
配合技术团队推广新产品;
3. Visit target customers together with engineering team for VOC.
与技术团队一起拜访客户,收集客户之声;
4. Strengthen cross-selling with sister companies, actively provide new leads for sister companies, follow up leads from sister companies.
加强与姐妹公司的交叉销售,积极地为姐妹公司提供销售线索,跟进姐妹公司提供的销售线索;
5. Daily management of sales, maintenance of CRM system on time.
销售日常管理, 及时维护CRM系统;
6. Tracking the progress of target projects or customers, weekly updated and report to manager
跟踪目标项目或客户,每周更新状态并汇报给上级经理;
7. Understand the customers’ real needs, provide technical solution / commercial proposal according to Warner Electric products and technologies, quotation, business Negotiation, and lead signing contract.
理解客户的真正需求,根据Warner Electric 产品和技术为客户提供技术方案及商务建议,报价,商务谈判及达成合同的签订;
8. Market Study, collect competitors’ information.
市场调研, 收集竞争对手信息;
9. Other projects or tasks assigned by supervisor or company.
上级或公司指派的其他任务。
Candidate Profile/申请人要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above, preferred background in mechanical engineering or electromechanical engineering.
本科或本科以上学历,机械或机电专业背景优先
2. Minimum of 5 years experience as Sales in industrial power transmission field.
至少5年工业传动领域内销售工作经验
3. Successful candidates are innovative, self-starters, independent, highly creative workers with good follow-up skills
合格的候选人需具备创新精神,主动,独立,高度创造性和良好的跟进技能
4. Strong communication skills and very good team spirit.
具备良好的沟通能力和团队精神
5. Competent in read, written and spoken English.
具备良好的英语读写和口语能力
6. Must be able to travel frequently.
