Tempel’s Operation Program (TOP) is a 2-year engineering leadership development training program for high potential candidates interested in assuming increased levels of responsibility. Bright, driven individuals learn a multitude of aspects of the electrical steel lamination manufacturing industry. We will build on your academic technical skills by exposing you to a variety of functional areas to gain a wholistic view of the business and our culture.

In this role, the TOP Engineer will spend four six month rotations at Tempel’s manufacturing facilities in Chicago, USA, Chennai, India, Changzhou, China, and Monterrey, Mexico. The rotations will be split between taking on strategic positions within various operational functional areas as well as leading high impact, high visibility projects tha
