Job Description

Be responsible for material feeding project. Lead plant innovation team to develop, make, install and maintenance material feeders
Coordinate engineers in production department to use professional method (e.g. MTM) to analyze time data, and upload the result in SAP system through CAPP mold
Be responsible for plant direct productivity improvement project
Be responsible for plant layout planning and monitoring the implementation

Qualifications

Industry Engineering or Mechanical major related.
Proactive and open minded, with strong learning agility and problem solving capability
Good at PMP tools and could work under high pressure
Good communication & coordination skills
Good English (both oral & written, above CET4)
