Job Description
Translate BU strategic and tactical business plans into human resource plans develop, monitor and implement solutions, programs & measurements to advance talent & organization readiness for change, innovation & growth.
Drive structured approach, process & gain momentum for leadership development, cross team collaboration, succession planning and workforce management in anticipation of emerging business need.
Collaboration with HR Employee Service centre and COE team to ensure HR KPI in the responsible BU area are fulfilled, and drive the streamlining, standardization and continuous improvement of HR processes and services both for enterprise solution and prioritized business solutions.
