职位描述:
1、负责供应商零部件质量管理工作，包括项目开发阶段的支持和量产件的质量保证；
Responsible for supplier quality management including the quality assurance of developing and serial production parts;
2、帮助供应商改进零部件质量并对供应商技术发展提供帮助；
Help supplier to improve the components and develop the parts technology;
3、参与供应商表现考核管理工作，按照上级要求提供必要的报表和报告；
Take part in supplier assessment management and provide the report forms and demo according to up level requirements;
4、组织分管供应商的年度审核管理工作，做好过程审核和产品审核；
Organize the corresponding suppliers annual exzamination including process audit and product audit;
5、维护公司质量管理体系的有效运行；
Maintain the quality management system in process;
6、组织公司的内部审核以及外部审核；
Arrange the internal and external assessment;
7、对生产现场进行必要的产品技术支持和质量管理工作；
Support online production with necessary technical support and quality management;
8、支持异地生产的质量保证工作。
Support quality assurance at non-headquater production.
