岗位职责：
Job Responsibilities:
1.定义工艺流程图；
Define Process Flow Chart;
2.定义布局规划（包括工艺、原材料、制品和成品流程）；
Define Layout Planning (Include Process, Raw Material, WIP and FG Flow);
3.定义PFMEA；
Define PFMEA;
4.MTM分析（标准作业）；
Prepare MTM Analysis (Standard Work);
5.采用必要的纠错技巧；
Introduction of necessary Error Proofing Techniques;
6.工装和夹具的开发；
Jigs/Fixtures Development
7.制定样件作业指导书；
Develop Samples Work Instructions (WI);
8.工艺能力和功能监控（主要是SPC和OEE）
Process Capacity and Capability Monitoring (SPC and OEE)
9.样件制造能力和结合工程来定义工艺规范/公差；
Prototype/Sample Building and work with Engineering to define Process Specification/Tolerancing.

岗位要求：
Job Requirements:
1.机械、电子电气或机电工程本科；
Bachelor Degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical/electronic or mechatronics engineering;
2.至少3年汽车行业工艺开发相关经验；
Minimum 3 years working experience in Process Development from automotive industry;
3.熟悉TS16949和ISO14001体系标准要求；
Well verse on TS16949
4. 良好的计算机能力，包括Excel, Project, AutoCAD等；
Good PC skills including Excel, Project, AutoCAD etc.;
5.良好的英语书面及口语能力；
Good command of English in both spoken and written;
6.精通精益生产理念；
Have good knowledge in Lean Manufacturing Concept;
7.良好的沟通能力和人际关系；
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
