任职资格：
学历：本科及以上学历
Have bachelor degree or above;
专业：电气工程专业
Major in electric engineering
工作年限及资历：8年以上系统测试开发和标定工作经验
Have over 8 years experience
必要能力：人才培养、问题解决和改善、团队合作及沟通、资源管理
Must have: engineer training, problem-solving and improving, teamwork and communication, resource
management, strategic planning and financial management capability
